SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once you have placed your order. We aim to ship as quickly as possible. Most of our UK parcels do arrive within 5 working days of postage via standard 1st class delivery or courier but we can not guarantee this unless additional Special delivery is paid for, therefore please do allow up to 7 working days. We can not be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or overseas.
All parcels are sent Via Royal Mail or by a reputable courier service
All orders Over £25.00 are delivered free of charge
Orders up to £25.00 will have a £5.00 delivery charge
Express Deliveries are all charged at £10.00 per order
Please note made to measure cannot be used with express deliveries
In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland. We regret that this is because that it is only this point that the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost. If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver and may subsequently reclaim loss.
We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we will temporarily sell out and the website may not have updated to show this stock change. In this case we will drop you a phone call, email or note with the rest of your parcel to estimate the delivery time and the item will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives back in stock.
If you have not received automatic confirmation of your order by email, do please check ALL of your email folders, as some customer security settings are set to a 'high alert / non incoming mail' level.
From 13 June 2014 the new Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to all purchases made at a distance (for example: online).
Under this law and the Sales of Goods Act 1979 we will refund or exchange any items that are faulty as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. We will be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods where such goods are faulty.
We will also exchange or refund non faulty goods provided we receive notification in writing within 14 days of receiving the item and that they are returned to us within 14 days of the return request, in the original packaging and condition. Postage is not refunded by us, in these circumstances.
In accordance with the new Consumer Contracts Regulations, please contact us in writing by email or letter, if you wish to return an item and prior to doing so – unauthorised items are not accepted.
Made-to-measure items are non returnable, Sizes are the responsibility of the client.
Altered Reaymade curtains are non returnable. Sizes are the responsibility of the client.
All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric and/or handmade items ie. patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from product photographs and as such are not considered to be faulty.
If you do not specify a preference where there is more than one colour choice as an option, then any colour will be allocated and dispatched to you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

We do not knowingly collect information from customers under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 we will delete it immediately.
